Are you dreaming of me?
When you close your eyes,
do you see another time?
When I lie awake at night, I wonder
Are you dreaming of me?
Do I keep you awake too?
Do you toss in listless non-slumber
on those nights I dream
of you?
Would one last kiss goodbye
Here or there
finally let me sleep
soundly?

This is very optimistic somehow. If I had written this, it would sound like:
He's definitely not dreaming of me...
Kiss. <3
I wonder if it's true?
This is really cool!
Intriguing and sweet. If I got a note like that, I'd definitely try your suggested solution.
that is a pretty cool theory...interesting...and as well on still wondering if they are thinking of you...still dreaming do you keep them awake at night...do they you?
What a sweet little inquiry. :)
Now you have me wondering who is dreaming of me on all those sleepless night
no. there's no such thing as 'one last kiss' being able to cure sleeplessness. it just adds to it. ~
I like your conceptualization of insomnia as a yearning for a final, probably impossible or at best only imagined resolution--that's exactly the little wheel our minds seem to run on
...and on...and on.
Also love the animation on the sidebar. ;_)
What an interesting thought - being awake in someone else's dream.
the thought nevertheless brings peace and happiness...
something else to ponder and keep me awake at night, hey thanks. :)
I'm an insomniac - I should feel mighty flattered at the thought of all those dreams of me!
What an interesting legend quote ~
To have that last kiss, it would surely keep me awake, smiles ~
Happy weekend LM ~
