Eight legged goddess
Dead center, lamplit doily
Warm autumn whispers
One parchment winged moth
Icarus to her false sun
Enshrouded pilgrim

Love the photo! Love the goddess and the enshrouded pilgrim . . .There is little spidery that I don't like, but I would put this up on the TOP SHELF among the BEST.
I like comparison of the web to a doily. Come into my parlor...
better known as dinner...ha....nice allusion to icarus in this as well...wonder how many floes will fall for it...
Exquisite!
Very descriptive and well-written.
This is SO good!
What a terrific response ~ I like it ~
Wow! Icarus to her false sun !!!
What a fantastic line. I love the whole concept of this poem, and the photo just finishes it off.
This is wonderful. Perfectly describing the beautiful spiders and webs we get around the yard
"Enshrouded Pilgrim"....
That's just perfect..
