Crepuscular Creatures

Call me
a crepuscular creature
I exist
in the in-between
Not light
not dark
Not day
not night
I inhabit the fringes
the edges
My time
is the time of change
the time of uncertainty
I hover
along the borders
of this and that
I am at home
in the almost
and the not-quite
I belong to everyone
and to no one.
