my thoughts are my ribbons, my heart is the bow

I was distracted by the word of the day over there:

Quisle: To betray, especially by collaborating with an enemy.

I'll have to remember that one. Do you pick those?

Like holding candle light vigils. Does that do any good for anything?

I hear ya, and I have wondered what good ribbons and stickers really do, too. But at the same time, I wear a pink ribbon and it makes me feel good to do so. So I don't know.

I haven't seen you you work with fonts and colors this way, and I don't usually like poems that rely heavily on that type of visual, but you use it perfectly. Point well driven.

Seems futile sometimes, and then you have a friend who is a walking miracle, it brings me hope when I think of the rest that did not get their miracle.

I guess it's because we don't know what else to do. There are too many things out there, that we can't do anything about, that take away our friends and memebers of our families...
Great and creative post!
